John 17:24-26 24 “Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.25 “Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me.26 I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”

John 17:5 5 And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.

Matthew 3:16-17 16 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him.17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

Colossians 1:16 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

Psalms 19:1 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

John 14:15-21 15 “If you love me, keep my commands.16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever17the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

Series Information

What are the essentials of faith that we must hold to with committed unity? This series "We Believe" identifies the essentials that we stand on as a church. This will be a rich series that will provide clarity on where to stand resolutely and where we can with charity agree to disagree on matters that are biblically arguable.
