All married couples are invited to attend our annual marriage retreat on March 14-15, 2025! We believe God places a high value on marriage, and we hope to encourage you in yours! The retreat will be held at the Hershey Lodge beginning at 7:00 PM Friday evening and will finish by 4:30 PM on Saturday. Consider going on a date for dinner before the event gets underway Friday or after it ends on Saturday afternoon!

Our speakers
Curt and Rhonda Hamner developed the Bed and Breakfast with a Purpose Retreats twenty-five years ago. Their vision was to bring together effective marriage communication tools and genuine romance in a B&B weekend retreat. They developed Between Two Trees Ministries with this in mind. As professional marriage and family education consultants, B2T serves clients including Pepperdine University, Boone Center for the Family, Chic-fil-A Winshape Marriage. They direct the Central Coast Marriage Collective resourcing churches to change the culture of marriage in their community. Curt and Rhonda lead a marriage adventure hiking the West Highland Way in Scotland with 3-5 couples every spring. With a heart to see contemporary marriage grounded in a biblical theology, they edited and released the book, Marriage: Its Foundation, Theology, and Mission in a Changing World.
The Hamners serve as part of the pastoral staff at Grace Bible Church in San Luis Obispo County, California. They are the founding directors of the Central Coast Marriage Collective. Rhonda mentors women throughout Southern California as they pursue balancing their calling and purpose.
Curt and Rhonda have been married 47 years and have three grown children, Garret and his wife, Sarah; Anna and her husband, Adam; Graham; and seven grandchildren. They split their time between the mountains and beaches of Southern California their home, where they enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, landscaping their mountain yard, and hosting couples in their home. Curt and Rhonda have a passion for marriage and a devotion to Christ which motivates them to offer coaching and practical tools to couples to promote the growth in their relationship.
