Ric Joline

life groups coordinator

As the Life Groups Shepherd, I love seeing LEFC grow "small!"

Family: Married to Shirley.  We have four grown children (Ryan, Erica, Nate, and Kelli) and four grand-children. Three of the four live close by but our son Nathan and his wife Alena, along with their two children live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Previous/other work: managing pools/lifeguarding/coaching summer swimming; long and short term substitute teaching in Hempfield, Manheim Township and Warwick School Districts. Presently entering my 16th year of coaching the Warwick High School Swim Team.

One of things I find most fascinating: People's personalities

Best thing someone said to you:
 Build relationships

Three people I’d like to meet: Madonna, Martin Luther, Winston Churchill

My Heroes (church related): Dr. Walter L. Baker, former Dallas Theological Seminary Professor of World Missions; Frank Comfort, retired UNC Swim Coach

One of my greatest experiences with God: Meeting/training with 20 young German couples who are planting churches in every major city in Germany.

Most people don’t know this about me: I officiated a wedding at the oldest church in England.
