
WHAT IS A HOPE GROUP?
A Hope Group is a gathering of people who are in a similar, challenging stage of life or are experiencing similar, challenging situations. They meet regularly to support and encourage each other in Christ. Check below for a list of Hope Groups currently offered at LEFC.
RE|ENGAGE
Re|Engage is discipleship-based enrichment program for marriages - healthy, struggling, or broken. Couples are given a safe place to move toward oneness through small groups, teaching, and stories of hope. Re|Engage is offered two semesters per year on Wednesdays evenings.
RE:GENERATION
Re:Generation is a Christ-centered, gospel-based recovery and discipleship ministry that encourages participants to become devoted disciples of Jesus Christ. This 12-step program kicks off in the fall and runs for 10-12 months on Wednesday evenings.
TEAM 127
Team127 seeks to serve the adoptive and foster families of LEFC by providing community and support throughout the adoption and fostering journey. Team127 desires to see the Church carry out the call of James 1:27 in tangible ways by meeting families wherever they are on their path.
HOPE IN MOURNING
Loss comes in a variety of ways, but the death of a loved one is especially difficult. Hope In Mourning is a Christ-centered grief support group designed to help you find comfort and healing that only God can give.
GRANDMOTHERS IN PRAYER
Grandmothers in Prayer meets at LEFC weekly to pray for their grandchildren and families. Email our Connections Pastor Jeff Travis for more information.
HOPE FOR HURTING PARENTS
Hope for Hurting Parents is a group for parents of teens and young adults who are struggling or in crisis. They meet monthly for a time of encouragement, community, and prayer. Email our Connections Pastor Jeff Travis for more information.
