We are looking for a part-time (10 hours per week) Weekday Kids Coordinator to support our growing WBF Kids and Recharge Kids ministries. This is a meaningful opportunity to invest in children, support ministry teams, and help create environments where kids can grow in their love for Jesus.

In this role, the coordinator will recruit, schedule, and care for teams serving in Recharge and WBF Kids ministries while ensuring lessons and supplies are prepared each week. The position also includes communicating with ministry partners, organizing class lists, and helping maintain well-organized ministry spaces.

We are looking for someone with a shepherd’s heart—an organized, relational leader who enjoys connecting with people, planning, and supporting Shepherds. A vibrant relationship with Jesus, and a passion for serving in ministry are qualities essential to this role.
