WHAT I DO AT LEFC
As Executive Administrator, I work behind the scenes to keep the church running smoothly — managing HR and office operations while supporting our finance and communications efforts.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY JOB
What I love most is walking alongside our staff, cultivating a culture where they feel equipped, supported, and cared for so they are able to focus fully on what the Lord has called them to do.

A teacher
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
I would love to know how to play the piano.
What was the first job you ever had?
Serving ice cream at the Freeze & Frizz by the Lancaster Airport

I'd like to return to explore more of Germany and other areas in Europe.
What animal most closely matches your personality and why?
I would say dolphin because they are playful and talkative while also being deeply supportive and resilient.
Give us a fun fact about yourself that hasn't been mentioned yet.
I enjoy cars and visiting car museums with my husband. He surprised me by proposing to me under the hood of his '71 Chevelle which was perfect!
