The Witness Park Board is currently accepting financial gifts in memory of loved ones. These gifts will be used to help create a beautiful, peaceful place for visitors. A plaque will be engraved and placed on or near the memorial item(s) chosen and approved by the board.

     To make a memorial donation, please print and complete the Memorial Gift Order Form and mail it to Ann Unruh at the address listed below.

     Include a check payable to LEFC. After Board approval you will receive a receipt from the Witness Park Board Treasurer. When your memorial gift is purchased and installed you will receive a letter of completion.
