We are excited about Witness Park, and opportunity to leave a legacy for future generations. It is the fulfillment of a decade of dreams.

Below you will find the paperwork necessary to obtain your right to bury at Witness Park. Please complete the Cemetery Right To Burial and read and sign the Operational Guidelines and Procedures then return them to the LEFC office at your earliest convenience with your check ($700/plot) made payable to "Witness Park."

If you would like a current copy of available plots please contact Ann (626-5332 or unruh@lefc.net) in the LEFC office. 

You will receive the original paperwork, completed with required signatures, back in the mail. A copy will remain on record at LEFC and with the Witness Park Board.
