LEFC's Men's Ministries is overseen by our Board of Deacons, which ministers to men and to families of the church, and strives to meet physical needs of our church and community. Our goal is to help meet spiritual needs as well, and to encourage men to become Godly and Christ-like at home, at work, and in their communities. We do this through three key areas of ministry: Growth and Fellowship, Family Life, and Finances.
Accountability Groups/Discipleship: Through one-on-one discipleship and/or accountability groups, we invite men to meet together to mature in their faith. Contact Scott or Steve (c/o LEFC office) for Accountability Groups or Discipleship.
Men's conferences: Periodically, we host seminars and retreats on different aspects of spiritual growth. These seminars and retreats are open to the community. Contact Roger (c/o LEFC office).
Promise Keepers: Promise Keepers is a national men's ministry committed to raising up Godly men of integrity. We coordinate groups to attend PK conferences in our area. Contact Jim (c/o LEFC office).
Prayer Breakfast: The prayer breakfast is a time for men to meet. We meet the second Saturday of each month, usunally in the Welcome Center of the main building, from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., for fellowship, prayer, and breakfast. Contact Harry or Bruce (c/o LEFC office). Sometimes we meet at other locations.
- June 9, 2007 we will be meeting at Glassmeyer's in Lititz at 6:30am. Come join us.
Outdoor activities: Weekend trips in the spring and fall provide an opportunity for men to relax and enjoy God's creation. Activities include hiking, biking, rafting, canoeing, and camping.
