CARE GROUPS

In tough times, we all need people. People who care for us and our situations. Usually, it is someone that has gone through something similar who can offer personal encouragement. Groups take it a step further, with many people offering mutual help. With this in mind, we've set up groups to help with the following:

OVERCOMERS IN CHRIST

A support group for anyone who desires to live victoriously in Christ. We all fall short of God's standards and therefore are all in recovery from our own "humanness." For each of us "humanness" can take on different forms - addictions, anger, fear, materialism or any other idol that we put before God. Come participate, learn, and grow with us in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Overcomers In Christ is a nondenominational, faith ministry that equips individuals, families, and groups to overcome life controlling problems. Our support groups meet regularly to share the comfort and hope found in Jesus Christ. Ongoing groups provide support and accountability. The fellowship and a safe place to share feelings draw people like a magnet. O.I.C. aptly describes what occurs. To that end, we write, publish, distribute, and field test Bible-based recovery resources. Our material offers practical help to improve relationships with the Lord Jesus Christ and one another. GRIEF SHARE: your journey from mourning to joy

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future, if you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend. You've probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. Than't the reason for Griefshare. It's a series of support groups and seminars conducted by people who understand what you are experiencing. The videos and discussion are all to the end that you may move from grief to joy.
